Bermet took part in development of contemporary art scene in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), and was a coordinator of the School of Theory and Activism library.

Tutor of the School of Public Politics. Coordinator of the Resource Center of Theory and Activism. Studied at Master program at Kyrgyzian-Russian Slavic University, with major at International Relations.

Today, Bermet is a coordinator at the Center of Creative Initiatives Fabrika (Moscow) and works with her own art projects.
