For the last 10 years Ilia has been actively organizing and producing creative projects in urban environment, as well as projects promoting event tourism in Arkhangelsk region. He works a lot in order to increase interest for culture and nature of the Summer Shore of the White Sea.

One of the most significant projects of Ilia Kuzubov is the Northern art festival Taibola.
Taibola is a cultural and ecological open-air festival made by volunteers. This grassroots festival is held in the middle of July on the White Sea shore. The festival includes art object contest, workshops, ethnic music concerts, folk crafts fair, with focus on local culture and ecology.
In two years, Taibola had became one of the most significant culture events in the Northern Russia having attracted more than 9500 visitors from Russia and other countries.
