All Abilities Dance

“Katulavatanssit” – it is possible to spell this word when you try it for the third time, we have already checked. The translation is ‘Open Air Dancing’. The Finnish dance lab researches urban jungle, stairs, buildings, parks, garages, bus stops and human interaction.

The concept of the project is improvisation-based. Every participant can move the way he or she is comfortable with. Every way of moving is a right one.

At the forum the dancers prepare a collaborative project together with the Arkhangelsk-based wheelchair dance collective.
