Curator, artist. Graduated in Art History from Bishkek University (Kyrgyzstan). Has worked at Kyrgyzstan National Museum of Arts. Was a part of the art group Insideout. Has worked with research of monumental art of Kyrgyzstan of 1960-1980s. Has curated a number of artistic and educational projects in Kyrgyzstan.

Today, Oksana is a project coordinator of the Fund Artfaqt, which funds research, educational and artistic projects and exhibitions in the field of Visual Culture, Urban Studies and Gender Studies. At the moment, Oksana is a student at the High School of Economics (Moscow) majoring in Applied Culturology.
